We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders are typically processed within 3 business days of ordering and shipped the following day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

• Your order may be delivered by either the local post office or a local courier. In most cases, orders will be delivered by the local postal service alongside your regular mail. If you're not available at the time of delivery, a notice card may be left by the postal service with instructions on collecting your delivery.
• If you don't receive a response from our Customer Service team within an extended period (24 hours on weekdays, 48 hours on weekends), please check your Contact email's Spam folder, as our emails may have been filtered incorrectly by your email server/provider.
