The silicone valve creates a secure vacuum sealed closure, the slider divider allows you to separate the contents with ease, and the fork + holder are added for convenience.?The band is there?to hold the fork in place, not to keep the lid on. Size: ?20.5cm?x 14cm x 6cm, 1000ml capacity. Free from BPA, phthalates,?aluminium and lead. Box, divider and fork are top rack dishwasher safe. Please wash the lid and strap by hand.?Do not use bleach, cleaners containing chlorine, abrasive cleaners or scrubbers on any part of the box as they may dull the finish. Not to be used in the microwave. Do not put the lid in the oven and note that using the box in the oven could cause discolouration. All instructions are on the box. To ensure the box is locked & sealed properly, check that the edges of the base and silicone seal on the lid are clean and dry. Firmly push the lid down on all sides and then press the valve down. The silicone strap adds extra security and makes sure you can find?your fork! To open the box/release the vacuum, pull the valve upwards.
