After fermentation in cement tanks at a controlled temperature and cold maceration for a period of 5 days, the finished wine rests for 64 months in foudres and then for a year in the bottle. As Bravas Malbec has a complex and intense aromatic profile with notes of ripe dark fruit and undergrowth, spicy and tobacco hints. On the palate, it is a juicy and energetic wine thanks to a marked mineral vein and a bright acidity. It is an elegant and austere wine. The finish is long and tasty. Its ready to be uncorked now and a perfect match for a beef filet, but if you're feeling generous, you can keep it for a decade or more.
