It contains over 60% sweet almond and olive oils, used for centuries to anoint and soften the feet. Combined with the warmth of frankincense oil?and refreshing orange, rosemary and bergamot oils to promote soft skin. Use this as part of your foot care routine. An intensive salve, which contains no water. Size: 24g - a little goes a long way, it will last a long time! Directions:?? Use a foot file or pumice to remove hard skin, wash your feet (or soak them in the bath if you have time). Rub the salve sparingly onto damp skin, for rapid absorption. For an intensive treatment, apply liberally and gently massage the feet. Next, relax and put your feet up for 15 minutes to allow gentle absorption. Or try putting on some cotton socks and going to bed. The salve works best when you use it as part of a regular foot care routine.
