Here, the vineyards and olive groves enjoy unique soil and climate conditions thanks to the proximity of Lake Garda, and the production of Valpolicella wines and olive oil is dedicated to respecting the terroir, in keeping with the area's tradition. In the years that followed, the company, now managed by Gian Andrea Tinazzi and his two sons, acquired additional properties in Puglia and Tuscany and became a major brand synonymous with sustainability and the quality of Italian products. Tenuta Valleselle extra virgin olive oil is produced with local olive varieties such as Grignano. Cold extraction is performed mechanically to preserve the delicate aromas.
